Dios. Podría beberla todo el día. No estoy bromeando.

Oat milk

Now that we’ve discussed the benefits of milk, and its risks, I want to show you a recipe of one of my favourite types of plant-based milk: oat. It’s very versatile, and honestly, I don’t like store-bought oat milk, but if you make it yourself…god. I could drink that all day. I;m not joking. It’s so good. If you want visual aid, we have this recipe up on our instagram, check it out.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/8 cup agave
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

How to make?

Add everything to a blender, blend until it actually resembles milk. Drain and serve, I recommend making coffee straight away, you’ll never have a better latte than that.

Oat milk is high in fibre, it helps keeping normal cholesterol levels, it’s also, most likely, the most eco-friendly plant-based milk out of all of them, it’s low in saturated fat, and it’s just tasty.
