Blended Raspberry Chia Pudding

I love chia pudding, but I’m not gonna lie, if I have it too early in the morning, the texture makes me want to throw up. So this blended version of chia pudding turns it smooth and mousse-like. Plus it has raspberries that not only gives it a beautiful color, but it tastes like dessert. We talked about chia benefits which include, better digestion, lower cholesterol levels, and help skin health. Let’s make this.

  • 480ml coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup

How to make?

In a blender, add the chia, the milk. Syrup, vanilla, and raspberries. Blend until everything is smooth and creamy. Transfer to airtight containers according to the portion you like to eat to help with meal prepping. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. When it’s ready serve and top with granola and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
