Bananas

¿Alguna vez has sentido que te vuelves bananas?

We all know bananas, they are a tropical fruit, from the Musaceae family, and are a very accessible all over the globe. They are a source fo vitamin B6, fiber, potassium. Magnesium, Vitamin C, and Manganese. Supposedly, the best flavour is when it is golden yellow, without any bruising, but. Personally I like them when they’re still a bit green, and they even pull on your tongue a bit. The more ripe they get, the sweeter they turn, so if you’re looking for bananas for a smoothie, always go for the ripest ones. But once it starts to ferment, it looses the sweetness. They should not be stored with direct sunlight, These are also known to reduce swelling, protect against diabetes type 2, aid in wight loss, strengthen the nervous system, and help with he production of white blood cells. They can also be good fro depression, due to its high levels of tryptophan, which the body converts to serotonin, our body’s happy substance. As for training, bananas have been proven to fuel a body better than a sports drink, they replenish us, improving performance. They are also believed to be the first cultivated fruit in the world.

Not only are bananas great, but they are one of the most popular fruits, actually if you ask someone to randomly name a fruit, They’ll most likely, say banana. Global banana exports reached 24.5 million tons in 2020. So, there’s not really any risk in eating banana, they’re pretty good for our bodies, although research has shown that eating too many of these, can cause headaches, and sleepiness. So, the biggest risk of bananas might just be slipping on the peel. Stay tuned for the recipe of this amazing and versatile fruit. Hope you enjoyed meeting it.
