He aquí algunos consejos.

Come limpio, come sano, haz ejercicio, quiérete a ti misma y a los que te rodean.

Breast cancer awareness month

Every October, since the nineties, people around the world celebrate Pink October to raise awareness about breast cancer and the importance of its early diagnosis. Breast cancer is now considered the most commonly diagnosed type of cancer globally. But for early detection, it is important to know the signs and symptoms. Here are some tips.

Getting to know ourselves as women is very important, touch your breasts often to learn their shape and size, so if you ever feel something abnormal, you’ll know. Learn how they look, and before you shower look at yourself in the mirror, first of course, to admire yourself, and then to see if you notice anything different. Remember to check all parts, including your armpits and collarbone. Stay alert for any of these symptoms:

  • A lump or swelling
  • Change to the skin, like wrinkling or dimpling
  • A change of colour to the breast like red or inflamed
  • A nipple change, for example, it pulled or inverted
  • Rash or crusting around the nipple
  • Unusual discharge from any nipple
  • Changes in size and shape of the breast

For today’s post we just wanted to help our community stay alert for any signs or changes. Eat clean, eat healthy, workout, love yourself and those around you. Breasts are something normal, let’s spark up conversation.
